Blake starts again and immediately the Browns go after him.
He looked like garbage once again.
Cockrell comes out 2nd half and we look more solid on D.
Cant figure this out

The mystery of Blake over BoyKing ... it's gotta come down to some pics of someone in the front office he's got.
We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!
HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
I'm pretty sure I saw Cockrell and Blake in the game together. On the other hand after the Bryant drop I do t think he saw the field again. How does Blake get a pass and a guy (granted has been struggling) that makes positive plays gets yanked after a drop?

I thought Blake was in the whole game. I didn't think he was that bad today, he got out jumped by pryor on the deep ball but he was in good position. He had some good pass break ups and some good tackles.
Pretty sure Blake was out for significant parts of the 2nd half, will have to wait for the snap count stats tomorrow.
Another poster I think nailed it; Boykin was a Colbert pick up, but not at Tomlin's behest. This has been a season-long source of conflict. Blake is Tomlin's guy, Boykin is Colbert's. In cases like this it might only get settled by team ownership, which shouldn't be too hard if they only look at performance between the two.
Blake getting beat by Prior was 3 points for the Browns. After he gave up 3 to the Ravens last week when he got beat. Yet he continues to play. I don't understand it at all. He's among the worst if not the worst in the NFL. Could Cockrell be worse in the base? I don't see how.
