In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:
TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher
Two way iron man!!!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
I think he'll be a two way player, but as an OLB in the 34 defense and a DE in the 43 defense. Based on what Butler has been saying the Steelers will be using both defenses. The Steelers could have made a real killing with this pick, once he earns the starting job, he won't have to come off the field based on scheme, he was BPA or darn close to it and he filled a need. On paper it appears the Steelers grade in round 1 is an "A". I'll be interested to hear what the pundits think.
On another note, it looks like the Browns did well as well, getting Shelton and Erving, they could have solidified the center of both lines for many years. I hope Pouncey is up to the task against Shelton.

"Dupree attended Wilkinson County High School in Irwinton, Georgia. He played both defensive end and tight end. As a senior he had over 1,000 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns on offense and 62 tackles and 10 sacks on defense."
And I was just kidding

Maybe he's our JJ WATT???
Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go...
Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go...

Dupree can drop and from a versatility standpoint that is a plus. Plays fast and can bend the corner. No red flags and in the first I like that a lot.
