I didn't see the interview. Did she ask him about his hair or clothes?
This was his news conference today, and I forgot he also said what kind of music that he listen to was another.

Well that just clears it up tremendously. Tomlin should be frothing at the mouth livid over such racist questions. The media people should all lose their jobs over such racially-motivated lines of questioning.
He would have been much better off issuing his typical canned coach-speak in response. "Obviously, I acknowledge and embrace the label of "player's coach", in terms of how the men respond to my motivation for defending each and every blade of grass, in each and every stadium environment. And if I get asked this question one more time, I'm going to unleash hell."
Congrats! That was almost funny!
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.
A player-coach is one who both coaches and plays on a team. What exactly is a "player's coach"? Players, coaches and commentators seem to differ on this. It seems to be in the eye of the beholder. I spent about 120 seconds and couldn't find a dictionary definition of the term.
players coach is used when teams are viewed as rowdy off the field and playing on the edge on the field with no clear sense of discipline. thats always been my read on it
phil fulmer was labelled a players coach for years in knoxville
he got made fun of for wearing jogging suits all the time if that counts
