I mean 20 Grams of weed ?....that's a lot of weed. And, driving drunk as well...which I believe is A LOT worse then Hitting a woman....People who drive under the Influence kill MILLIONS of Innocent people each year. But more likely Bell will get a team suspension...2-4 games likely. But, both are complete Morons.
