Its an alright mock that fills needs. I think it ignores 2 things though. We have been able to determine almost 50% of the draft picks the steelers have made from the visit lists the last few years. Also I think we will draft a RB this year as well. 4-5th round. I think we have only met with your 1st pick. They may have been at the proday but percentages show private visits help determine.
    LETS GO MOUNTAINEERS!

I struggled with not having a RB on my list. If the Steelers take one, I think the one to watch for is Tyler Gaffney of Stanford. A very versatile, inside the tackles, straight ahead runner.

Don't they already now have two of those types of backs? I was thinking more of a Lache Seastrunk type in the 4th.

Or they could re-sign Stephens-Howling and use the 4th on a CB. They should double dip at that position and hopefully in the top 4-5 rounds.

FWIW, London Fletcher said that Florida State LB Christian Jones has no position in the NFL and teams should be very leary of drafting him. I hadn't watched him much. He did not elaborate on the comment.
    1. C.J. Mosley LB Alabama
    2. Jordan Matthews WR Vanderbilt
    3. (comp) Philip Gaines CB Rice
    4. Arthur Lynch TE Georgia
    5. Ross Cockrell CB Duke
    5. (comp) Derrick Hopkins DT Virginia Tech
    6. Josh Mauro DE Stanford
    6. (comp) Shaquil Barrett OLB Colorado State
    7. Quincy Enunwa WR Nebraska

I would prefer a low to the ground scat back...a guy with hands, speed to take the edge, and enough power to break arm tackles.

I am saying Colvin was a late second round pick before the injury and is now likely a 5th.

I think Mike ranks his players based on where there NFL careers will go not by where they will be drafted. Like I said I gave him a second round grade after his senior year (I have watched every game of his career). Some gave him first round grades but Oklahoma DB's are usually overvalued by media people vs. true NFL personnel

I have to take someone who thinks both Wisconsin players, Borland, and especially WR, Jarred Abbrederis...are 2nd round talents with a HUGE Grain of salt. . Cause Borland at best is a later 3rd rounder, and NOT a early 2nd. And Abbrederis...is 4th rounder and beyond material.

I agree with Borland because I think his game is limited. I think Abbrederis is a better WR than you are giving him credit for...he is the best route runner in the draft and has exceptional hands and very good body control. He is going to be a huge mismatch problem for teams who try to cover him in the slot.
