Steelers to receive picks 97,173 and 215. That's a 3rd 5th and 6th. We now have 9 total selections which is not bad.

How many comp. picks were awarded league wide?

I like that 97th pick. We should be able to get some really good value there.

Nice. We need a volume of picks. The more picks, the luckier you get. We really need to draft some quality players if we are to become a contender again.

Agreed. If this draft is indeed as deep as they say, that is a sweet place to be.

I believe that the league awards a maximum of 32 comp picks and a single team may have a maximum of three...but, don't quote me on that...

Yeah Slapstick 32 picks issued and the Jets did manage to get 4 and 4 is the maximum allowed. We did get the 1st comp pick in round 3 and 5 with the last comp pick in round 6. I thought we'd get a 3,5 and 7 so I'm glad I was wrong about that. This is a very good year to have 9 picks.
