    I found a report that said the Steelers restructured Ike Taylor near the end of last October...it game them about $1.5 million in cap space in case they needed it for an emergency signing in 2013, but according to the article, it counts against the cap in 2014 (this season).

    I've been questioning the Whimper signing since it happened. Not the actual signing, but the timing of the signing...and how It would effect other much needed signings. Looks like we are continuing to add to the "Net loss" column for this offseason.

    Would have to think his vet minimum would be greater than some of those rookie contracts. Not sure how that works though.
