Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
I'm not big on Mosley. Highly touted Alabama ILB's of recent vintage haven't exactly lived up to their billing in the NFL. Dont'a Hightower hasn't exactly lit the world on fire in New England and Rolando McClain has been a disastrous bust who is out of the league at age 24. Truly special ILB prospects like Luke Kuechly and Patrick Willis who are worth an early first round picks are few and far between. Most years, the top ILB prospects are second round picks like James Laurinaitis and Paul Posluzny who are solid starters but not exactly elite. I would consider Mosley to be closer to the latter group than the former (solid but not exactly special).

I honestly can't see Dennard getting past the Lions...hate to say it. With them signing Tate, they will pass on Evans. Just a feeling.
2022 NFL Mock Draft
-------------------------------------------
1. Malik Willis, QB; Liberty
2. Daniel Faalele, OT; Minnesota
3. Dante Stills, DT; West Virginia
7. Riley Moss, CB; Iowa
I don't think Mosley is worth the 15th pick in this draft. I would like him about 10 picks later. I have never seen him as dominant.
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.
^^^^^^so jj was tops on the list last year but drafting him had nothing to do with the fact harrison left and we had a huge need at olb?
bell was rated higher than anybody else available in round 2 and was picked but rb wasnt a need?
those 2 picks must have been a coincident.
steelers = 3 ring circus with tomlin being the head clown
Didn't JH leave after the draft?
I think Bell was probably rated that high by the staff. Good production, pass catcher out of the backfield, ran well behind a crappy line. Seems like a logical pick at that point in rd 2.
Harrison released March 9, so that was pre draft. Seemed later in the year.
