They could grab him early, which would lead to another team taking a QB and another position player falling.

I'm not a big trade back proponent, but you could take any one of Barr, Ebron or Lee in this situation and be fine. I'm not a big trade-back proponent, but the Steelers could also trade back here, and get a Kyle Fuller or one of the safeties later.
If the Raiders target Matt Schaub in free agency, or Clev., or ??? the teams in the top part of the first may also go QB in the early 2nd. This would eliminate a positional pick.

but as you suggest, I would be OK with trading down and getting a late 2nd, early 3rd etc and still pick up Fuller or whoever they target. This is one of the first years I can remember where I'm comfortable with a trade back. Usually I'm not in favor of it.

I hate to say it...if the draft goes this way, at the point...I would say we should draft Ebron.
Round 1, Pick 25 (25): Artie Burns, CB; Miami
    Round 2, Pick 27 (58 ): Sean Davis, S; Maryland
Round 3, Pick 26 (89): Javon Hargrave, DT; South Carolina State
Round 4, Pick 25 (123): Jerald Hawkins, OT; LSU
Round 6, Pick 45 (220) (Compensatory Selection): Travis Feeney, OLB; Washington
Round 7, Pick 8 (229) (From Giants): DeMarcus Ayers, WR; Houston
Round 7, Pick 25 (246): Tyler Matakevich, OLB; Temple
