    Adam Carriker Released

Redskins just released him. Huge injury issues, but if he is healthy, I'd give him a minimum contract and a shot at being a rotational DE.

Hageman would be badass...he and heyward would treat people badly.

Not my first choice on the need/value ratio though

    Carriker is garbage though

Carriker must be a roid head; they tend to get injured a lot and he sure does.

meh... already got one them and the Steelers are trying to figure there way out that one. no need to add to the 'oft injured' list.

Nix is the only defensive pick I'm really against. I really like Hagemann, Tuitt, Mosley, Dennard and Gilbert.

I just think we would get more with Ebron or Evans in terms of immediate returns at a time when the offense is going to have to carry the defense. Over the long term all of them could be good.
