    Cool story about Faneca losing a ton of weight and running the New Orleans marathon in under 4 hrs. 3:56:17. Not too shabby for a big man running his first.

    Looks anorexic. Losing 70 pounds in 3 months? Doesn't seem like that could be good for anyone in any case to lose weight that fast.
