    Because they don't let receivers run free at the LOS and last i checked he wasn't the DC.

    Invest in the front 7... we went to more than a few SB's with a great D and decent O.

    A great O rarely beats a D that punishes and gets pressure. Its too easy to disrupt a great O when you get pressure on the QB.

    You look at this Seattle Defense. They are well coached. They aren't a group of big name 1st round draft picks. They're a group of well coached guys who fly to the ball.

    I agree. Mebane is one beastly NT. Plus Avril owned his man pretty much the entire night.
