Realistically? You never know...Cowher, at this point of his life, may be intriqued by such an offer....
Yea, put Cowher in charge of everything so he can make brilliant personnel moves like draft OT Shaun Andrews instead of QB Ben Rothlisberger. He'll build a championship team real quick with his innovative offensive mind.
Playing Fantasy Football does not qualify you to be the in the front office or on the coaching staff of the Pittsburgh Steelers. They are professionals and you are not!

Actually Roethlisberger was in New York because he and his agent were under the impression that the Giants would take him with their pick because the guy they really wanted (Eli) would be off of the board. And Coach was cool with that because he wanted to draft the most productive Qb coming out that year, Philip Rivers. Rivers was at home waiting for the call from us.

However, Eli pulls a fast one with a Tantrum, the Giants get their guy, and Schottenheimer takes Phil after coaching at the Senior Bowl that he (Rivers) lit up. Long story, short Coach never wanted or truly believed in Roethlisberger at that time and therefore Andrews was his default selection. But,....Mr. Rooney then says,..."Take the Quaterback" smh

So, you're saying that Cowher would have drafted Andrews instead of Roethlisberger?
