Picking 4th and 36th in 2014 NFL Draft....

...is not going to get this team turned around any time soon. Especially when the likes of Emmanuel Sanders, Brett Keisel, Ziggy Hood, Ryan Clark, Jericho Cotchery, Felix Jones, Guy Whimper, and Jason Worlids ( all Unrestricted free agents), will probably not be back. Also there is a strong possibility the Steelers will have to do some cutting from a list of Troy Polamalu, Ike Taylor, Lamarr Woodley, Heath Miller, Lawrence Timmons, and Maurkrice Pouncey. At best there is going to have to be some serious restructuring of some of those contracts. Steelers will have 41 players under contract that equate to be way over the cap next year. They are the 3rd highest team over it.

Start with an elite Left Tackle.

Don't agree we have to get rid of some of the players you mention but we do have to change some things starting with the defense that just gave up 55 points playing the same old template defense Coach Gramps doesn't seem to be able to deviate from.

Gotta bring in some top notch FA's then. Also, we need some pass rushers on defense.

While I agree with the thought, we don't have the cap room to bring in anything close to top notch FA's. Moreover, the Steelers don't bring those type of guys on board. The reality is we are looking at at least a 2-3 year rebuilding project combined with digging ourselves out of cap hell.

I agree with you. EVERY. ONE. of those names you mention, can/should be subject to cut/not being re-signed. EVERY. ONE. of those guys are almost as much bad as they are good (e.g. Troy, Timmons, Woodley, three of our "best" defensive players).

Currently, our team's best players are a rookie (Bell), an aging TE (Heath), a surprisingly injury-prone G (Decastro), AB, and Ben (a beat up 31 year old).

    nah.

everything can be solved by rushing the great timmons more. That's all I read on here, so it must be true.

Picks no. 4 and 36 will not be enough. An elite LT to stabilize the line will help, but the team has so many holes, this will be a multi-year process.

This draft is loaded with elite qb talent. After Ben's performance today we need to groom a new franchise qb.
