Those two are guys that should be gone anyway. Get an Elite LT, Move Valesco to Guard, reinsert Pouncey and we should be ok on the line.
The guy that has to go is Steven Mclendon. Move him to End to take over for Kiesel and let an actual NT play that spot.
Honestly....you missed the whole point. But you're not alone. Regardless of what one thinks of certain players, the point is that there is no viable replacements for them. And this next draft and the next one after it isnt enough to fill all these holes. It is going to take a long time to get this turned around.

This team already has a ton of holes, then add that many players currently on this roster will be gone from it this off-season, means a long dry spell is ahead.
    Steelers 2014 Draft

    1-Darqueze Dennard CB Michigan State
    2-Jordan Matthews WR Vanderbilt
    3-Jordan Tripp ILB/OLB Montana
    4-Christian Jones ILB Florida State
    5-Brent Urban DE Virginia
    5-Michael Schofield OG/OT Michigan
    6-Kadeem Edwards OG Tennessee State
    6-Ben Gardner DE Stanford
    7-Aaron Colvin CB Oklahoma

I have some faith that a few young players will step up and play better. I just don't think it will take as long as you keep saying Dub.

We need to draft Taylor Lewan.

    Emmanuel Sanders
    Brett Keisel
    Ziggy Hood
    Ryan Clark
    Jericho Cotchery
    Felix Jones
    Guy Whimper
    Jason Worlids

I only want Felix Jone back out of that bunch. If Keisel goes...I can't see Hood being let go.

There will be some hard core restructuring of contracts...indeed.
Round 1, Pick 15 (15)- Ryan Shazier, ILB; Ohio State
Round 2, Pick 14 (46)- Stephon Tuitt, DE; Notre Dame
Round 3b, Pick 33 (97)- Dri Archer, RB; Kent State
Round 4, Pick 18 (118 )- Martavis Bryant, WR; Clemson
Round 5, Pick 17 (157)- Shaquille Richardson, CB; Arizona
Round 5b, Pick 33 (173)- Wesley Johnson, OT; Vanderbilt
Round 6, Pick 16 (192)- Jordan Zumwalt, OLB; UCLA
Round 6b, Pick 39 (215)- Daniel McCullers, DT; Tennessee
Round 7, Pick 15 (230)- Rob Branchflower, TE; Massachusetts

When you say restructuring, I hope you mean pay cuts, because not one vet deserves their current (next year) pay level. I think the biggest achievement for the Colbert-Tomlin group for next year (this year is over), is in getting the contracts of our best aging players (Polamalu, Ike, even Woodley) in line with their play level. We don't want to lose those guys (i.e. Harrison last year)... Polamalu still can play. Ike can too. Just not at the level they get paid.

Second thing: Hood should go whether Keisel goes or not. Otherwise, Tomlin's talk right now is just that--talk.

I think Lewan has some on the field temper issues. Never heard of any off field stuff.
