Neither here nor there, but it seems crazy to me that 4 weeks into the season, 40% of our OL starters never even took a snap in the Black and Gold before.

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, hear the lamentations of their women.
"The other good news came from Ramon Foster, their starting left guard. He left the game in the first half with what the Steelers described as a pectoral injury. However, tests showed no serious damage and he also should play against the Jets." Looks like Foster will play in two weeks. Brown/Foster/Velasco/DeCastro/Gilbert Despite Adam's performance in London, we did score 27 last week and have been scoring more points every single game.

[B]The deal look better now, only 840,000 salary with the option to keep if he performs up to their liking and if they decide to keep him he would be locked up for two more years.

Unless he plays a whole lot better than he's been playing for the Cardinals, that's way too much $$$$.
I did some research, though, and discovered that in the second half of 2011, Brown played like an elite LT. Then, if I'm not mistaken, he tore a triceps and missed the entire 2012 season. So maybe he can somehow get back to what he was a couple of years ago.

One thing is for sure- he won't be his old # in Arizona. He can ask all he wants, but he'll never get #75.
