You must be joking. Wheaton has the look of a star. I'm not just saying that because he was a 3rd round pick. The kid looks the part. Moye is what he is--a fringe NFL player. He is going to be hurt by the fact that he doesn't really do anything else well (i.e. special teams).

Moye may just force the Steelers to keep 5 WR's. If not, they'll try the PS and he may make it unless there is a team that is hurting bad at the WR pos.
    2017 Mock

    1. T.J Watt, OLB/DE, Wisconsin - will be a huge mistake if available and we pass

    2. Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson

    3. Josh Jones, S, N.C. State

    3. Adam Shaheen, TE, Ashland

    4. Trey Hendrickson, DE, Florida Atlantic

    5. Josh Reynolds, WR, Texas A&M

    6. Barry Sanders, RB, Oklahoma State (How can you go wrong with that name, however the sample size is so small that his dad may be better even in his 50's)

    7. Alec Torgersen, QB, Pennsylvania

I think they'll keep five. Out goes Wallace and Plax...In comes Wheaton and Moye.

Toney Clemons was released by the Jags...

I liked him last year and the Steelers had him on the PS before Jacksonville signed him...

I'm pretty sure he still has PS eligibility, at the least...
