Seems like we made the smart decision.

Seems like we made the smart decision.
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"
I didn't even realize he was on a team.
wtf is wrong with that guy?
Now it's clear why the Steelers released a talented guy like that.

saunders was more talented than anyone we had at TE at that time besides miller.
I disagreed with the decision, as did many others, but it looks like the right move now.
Many had fired Tomlin and Colbert after his release
ours is not to wonder why just invert and multiply...
Colts dump Weslye Saunders, sign rugby player
Posted by Mike Florio on July 25, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT
Last week, the NFL suspended Colts tight end Weslye Saunders eight games. This week, the Colts decided to get rid of Saunders for the other eight.
The Colts have announced that Saunders has been waived. He played in 11 games for the Colts last season, starting four times and catching two passes.
The team filled his roster spot by signing linebacker Daniel Adongo. He’s a six-five, 257-pound Kenyan national. Adongo most recently played for the Southern Kings of Super 15 Rugby.
He has extensive rugby experience, but no apparent football experience.
Saunders, with an eight-game suspension looming for his second violation of the PED policy, possibly will have no future football experience, at least not in the NFL.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
