Accidental link paste. A google search on that incident had many results and thought that was from Huffington Post. I have experienced racism as I have dated multiple black women and have had to deal with groups of black men that didn't like that on multiple occasions...pretty much any time we went out to a club truth be told. I am not racist at all, just feel in the instance of the TM/ GZ incident the media attempted to sensationalize this as a racial incident when it wasn't.

There was a bunch of lies the media spread as well. Like most people think the police told GZ not to follow TM. Not true...a dispatcher who has no authority at all said 'you don't have to do that' when GZ said he was following him.

GZ female neighbor was home with her child when several young black males broke in and took 600 dollars and a camera.

A construction crew in GZ neighborhood witnessed a younger black male reach in through an open window and steal a laptop.

it is not illegal to carry a personal firearm or to drive your car in a public right of way even if someone perceives that as being followed.

Martin could of called 911, or his dad whose house was hundreds of feet away if he felt so scared.

this is my last post on this. People are going to have differing opinions, and i respect yours.

2 black kids lure a white girl to their house, kill her and stuff her body in a garbage container.
Our president didn't speak out about this tragedy.
    Just saying

Maurkice Pouncey regrets wearing 'Free Hernandez' hat

By Rodger Sherman on Jul 15 2013

One of the Pouncey brothers photographed in a pro-Aaron Hernandez hat says he regrets his decision.

Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey has apologized for an incident where he and his brother, Miami Dolphins center Mike, were photographed wearing "Free Hernandez" hats at a co-birthday party Saturday night.

Pouncey, an All-Pro and Pro Bowler in each of his three NFL seasons, tweeted out an apology for his choice of message, although he chose not to mention Aaron Hernandez, with whom the brothers played at Florida, by name:

I fully recognize the seriousness of the situation involving my former teammate, and I regret that my actions appear to make light of that serious situation. I apologize to anyone who was offended by my actions.

Mike Pouncey has issued no statement about the hats. While Pouncey apologized for seeming to "making light" of the situation, he doesn't really have much to say about the controversial part of the hat -- that he's saying Aaron Hernandez, who very well may have killed a person, should be out of prison, choosing to avoid any statement about his ex-teammate's situation besides that its very serious. Or maybe implying Hernandez should be free is the joke Pouncey is apologizing for? Regardless, he's trying to be contrite after an unnecessarily awkward situation he put himself into.

Although Hernandez is obviously considered innocent until proven guilty by the justice system, the NFL has been quick to disassociate from Hernandez, with the Patriots offering a Hernandez jersey exchange, and the league stripping his player page from their website and removing a photo of him from the Hall of Fame.

Zimmerman is a guy who has a history of acting out and lying. But sure.. believe him because Trayvon smoked weed and got in trouble in school. What about GZ's past? That guy isn't a saint and has issues. He called the police 30 or 40 times on 3 months and most were false alarms. We are talking about a guy who always see's the worst in every situation.

ehhh whatever, it's not worth it. It won't be a problem or an injustice until it's on the other foot.
Lots of opinions, but what it boils down to...not enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. IMO, you had an over zealous neighborhood watch captain...strapped with opinions about young black males committing crimes in his neighborhood...based on recent events. He pursued TM with intent...not to kill but to question. He pursued, TM took issue to the questioning and beat the stuffing out of GZ. GZ pulls out a gun, truly fearing for his life and killed TM.

Personally, I believe two people showed poor judgment that night, and one died. GZ should have called police, and stayed in his car. If he does TM is alive. TM shouldn't have beat GZ...but answered his questions. If he had just answered the questions...said where he lived...waited for police etc whatever...he would be alive.

If you we're stopped in a neighbor and questioned, would you beat the guy questioning you? Probably not. And that's why you would have survived an incident with GZ.

Especially if that person was a wannabe cop with a history of ignoring authority.

Wait... did you just provide a link to a white supremist website? Anglo Saxon tshirts? Ummm what the. Hell are you into?

    No thanks... thats all you.
Isnt Zimmerman Hispanic? Never understood why this is a black white thing.

Quite a lot of what you currently see going on in America today is a behind the scenes push to get America in line for this. George Bush Sr. Signed America up for this. http://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/Agenda21.pdf

It is real, yet you probably never even heard of it. Think of the gun control push and all the untouchable corporations growing to massive size using tax dollars and companies like Monsanto. Every document this country was founded on made it so YOU as an INDIVIDUAL were protected to fend for yourself and your family with the government serving you. Now, the federal government wants you to grow to depend on them more and more.

BTW, Pittsburgh is signed on as an Agenda 21 City. Some states and cities are writing in laws to protect their citizens from this agenda. Mostly southern cities.

i really don't think this is a republican, democratic, white, black, hispanic, asian, etc. controlled thing. I do believe there is a master plan. Read that PDF and do a simple google search of Agenda 21. Educate yourself cause it is 100% real, and pretty freaking scary.

Read this, notice John Kerry fully signed on, and think of his push for gun control. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agenda_21

this movement is basically for a one world government under U.N control which will effectively be fully socialist and police state oriented. Bright future we and our children have.

My question is, why couldn't Trayvon Martin have been protected under the same ridiculous Stand Your Ground law? If he honestly feared for his life while being followed at night by a stranger, wasn't he justified (according to FL law) to have beaten the tar out of Zimmerman?

If Zimmerman attacked him first then I would think yes. But, you can't just beat someone who you believe is following you. If so, I could beat someone in line behind me at Wal Mart.
