The Steelers have carried guys who exclusively played special teams in the past, including Allen Rossum, Chidi Iuwoma, Stephan Logan, Sean Morey off the top of my head.

Dunn has an uphill battle, but if he can show that he is a weapon in the presesaon, he has a chance.
