I don't think this has an impact at all. If anything ruled out Bradshaw, it was Sanders.

Sanders and McLendon and now Redman...don't think that leaves enough $$ to sign anyone but the rooks...unless they restructure Troy P. or something...

Redman's tender # was already included in most salary cap figures I believe. So were the original amounts for Sanders and McClendon, one which went up and one which may have gone down. I don't think RFA's signing tenders or extensions will affect anything else they may have been doing, Sanders is the one that hurts because it raised his number for this year.

Money for signing the rookies (about $5M) comes free after June 1 when we get money freed up from releasing Colon. Not sure about the accounting rules and why it comes free at that time.

I think Troy and Ike are about the only contracts of any significance left that they could restructure to clear some more space. They may not want to do either because it would push dead money past when they believe they would likely be playing which IMO is no more than two more years
Playing Fantasy Football does not qualify you to be the in the front office or on the coaching staff of the Pittsburgh Steelers. They are professionals and you are not!
