I'd go back to Jackson just to have breakfast at Jedediah's (if it was still open) ... and for a hundred other reasons.
I agree Dukieboy, both states are beautiful. I was in some ugly areas dealing with refineries in WY but that's the nature of the beast with those.
I also like the Greybull area of Wy. Too much influx of California to Colorado. Not a fan.

Greybull is Keisel's home turf, I think. The Shell Canyon drive up into the Big Horns is spectacular.
The coal mining up in the Powder River basin, and other areas, might be an issue for the beauty of the land in WY, I suppose.
Back in the later '70's or so, they had a slogan (and, I think, bumper stickers) saying "Don't Californicate Colorado". Still an issue, I guess.
