Freaking stone hands.
Your not going to get that Cadilac ride driving a Wrangler, lets get serious here Steelers.... draft Eifert damn it!
I agree. I'm all for drafting Eifert or a corner if he is already gone. I know OLB is a need as well, but offenses have been 3 stepping us a lot which negates a pass rushing specialist. And why wouldn't they, our DBs are usually ten yds off the LOS. Get a good corner or get the playmaking TE.
Why sign these blocking TEs? He is a dingleberry better than Leonard Pope at best.
2013 Draft
1 Ezekial Ansah OLB BYU 65 271 (sky high potential)
2 Khaseem Greene ILB Rutgers 61 241 (cat quick, explosive hitter)
3 Steadman Bailey WR WVU 510 193 (fantastic route runner)
4 LeVeon Bell RB Michigan St 61 230 (Good fit for zone scheme)
5 J. J. Wilcox SS Ga Southern 6 213 (athletic, fluid in coverage)
6 Omoregie Uzzi OG Georgia Tech 63 302 (quick, zone gem)
7 Micah Hyde CB Iowa 6 197 (rangy corner with speed)
7 Vinston Painter OT Virginia Tech 64 305 (athletic OL project)
Because we have to impose our will and play Stiller Football.
Then when it's 3rd and 10 it's "Ben save us!"

I am assuming this funny video was created by a Bears fan, but no fan of Davis...

Can't get that song from the video out of my head. If you watch make sure the volume is up...

Kellen Davis is more athletic than I thought, or at least his numbers showed that he was coming out of college:
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings...2008&genpos=TE
For what it is worth, ESPN has him ranked as the 5th best available TE, just after Dustin Keller and just ahead of Martellus Bennett. As a stop gap TE and eventual #2 TE, I think you could do a lot worse than Davis.
Also, since he was cut, he won't factor into the comp pick equation
