New Article at Steel City Stats!

Come check out our new article at Steel City Stats. We've analyzed the best receivers since the NFL merger and adjusted the relevant receiving stats to the modern age of the NFL. You can probably guess which receiver is displayed as the most statistically sound player, but the results are still interesting. Check out our method, the results, and the visual charts and start the discussion/debate!

Thank you for the work! Rice is #1 WR of all time. And Moss is not even second with your research! Ward was a great Steelers WR. But it looks like Stallworth is still the Steelers #1 from your research. Team records are still nice to have in your name I figure for Ward.

Thanks for the kind words. Moss's numbers are hurt by his reception numbers, which aren't that impressive comparably. However, you have to ask yourself if that's a problem. He's a touchdown machine and has a lot of yards, because he's a home run kind of guy and doesn't bat for average. If we weighted touchdowns (which many can say is more important to a team than receptions/yards), he'd probably finish a bit higher.
