Yup, but don't deal with the truth. Not to mention, they did tons of 1st and 2nd down rush plays, plus a lot of bubble screens. Those keep the clock running.

Yeah! Usually when they say it's a bend but don't break D they are really saying the D is not so good but somehow??? it manages to get away with it. It is sort of what they call a left handed or negative compliment.

I must agree with you on this one lloyd TS D is more break than bend. Two or three times in the past half dozen years they were #1 in Pass D. I am not so sure that getting a few minutes more rest than some of the other D's in the league is really the primary reason for this.
Even though some struggle to grasp this obvious point, being the #1 D in yards allowed is the exact opposite of being a bend but don't break D. It's is powerfully obvious and yet some of the less-swift posters can't even comprehend it.

SAS said Pgh was a "bend but not break D." Pgh had the #1 D in yardage allowed, which is the exact opposite of "bend but don't break." Giving up less yards than ANY OTHER D IN THE NFL means they do LESS BENDING THAN ANY OTHER D. How much more simple can it get?

Is that why they gave up LESS YARDS THAN ANY OTHER TEAM IN THE NFL?

Sherman came off as an a$$. No wonder this kid is known as nothing but a trash talker. This kid can barely string a sentence together. He thinks he is going to be the best CB in the history of the game. Whatever, idiot.

    so no facts as usual.

here's a hint: when the offense possesses the football, the defense isn't on the field. Doesn't matter what kind of plays are called.

its like talking to a 3rd grader
