Brady Quinn and Matt Moore interest me.

I think Moore is decent, but Quinn is a complete bum. I see no redeeming qualities at all with him. Poor accuracy, no QB instincts at anticipating when to throw the ball and where to throw it. Winning with BQ would be extremely difficult. Moore? He can give you adequate play and you can win with him.
