According to ESPN. Interesting to note that Wallace has four WR rated ahead of him.

This was funny to me:
I'm not a huge Flacco basher, nor his biggest fan, but I'm remembering the last time the rats won a sb, their QB was shown the door then. It could repeat.1. Joe Flacco, QB

Flacco
The chances of Flacco hitting the open market are between slim and none, but as the marquee quarterback he's easily the top guy out there. He's a threat to hurt teams deep, with 35 completions that went 20 yards or more in the air (only Drew Brees had more), and his 11-0 touchdown-interception ratio in the playoffs is the envy of every QB in the league.

I heard a number of radio talk guys saying that the Ravens may let Flacco walk if he is looking for $20M plus. I think that is highly unlikely they let him go. .
There are some teams though who will offer him probably the biggest QB contract in the league in an attempt to draw him away. Interesting to see if the Raven match.

The other WRs were Jennings, Bowe, Welker and Cruz (restricted). Wallace was rated #14 overall. Interestingly, the blurb on Wallace mentions that his deep targets increased from 24 in 2011 to 31 in 2012.
The list includes UFA, RFA and even ERFAs. Interestingly, Wallace is the only member of the Steelers on the list. Surprised that Keenan Lewis didn't crack the top 50, especially in a year where tall, long corners like him are likely to be overvalued due to the success of Seattle's D.
