Donnie is not eligible for enshrinement as a modern-era candidate anymore. The Seniors Committee reviews the qualifications of those players whose careers took place more than 25 years ago (in the case of this year's class, Curley Culp and Dave Robinson were the two Senior nominees). Since Donnie last played in 1987, and it is now 2013, he has been out of the league for 26 years now. His only hope for enshrinement at this point is via the Seniors Committee route.
