This from the LSU Strength coach. Can we hire him?

Notice who is not on this list? Barkevious Mingo, Kevin Minter, and Eric Reid.

how about a former LSU defensive back?
bigrob- you seem to be up on college players. Where do you rank the honey badger?
seems like he could bring some takeaway skills the steelers desperately need.
Something tells me that if this kid can't keep his nose clean enough to stay active on a super competitive LSU squad (tell me they don't tend to overlook any trouble from super talented players as much as possible) he is likely to be a character problem at the next level, especially after he starts getting those NFL checks. You never know if he will be a Warren Sapp (checkered past who stayed on the straight and narrow _enough_ in the NFL) or the next Pacman Jones (who took years and years to finally stay out of trouble) or worse, like a Lawrence Phillips, who threw crazy talent away.
Sam Montgomery's name being on there is interesting...dude is projected to be a possible 1st round pick.
Sam Montgomery plays hard during games. He often looked like a better player than Mingo this season. However, this is very interesting stuff. This is the sort of information that we normally lack, but scouts and teams have. This is why supposed top 10 picks fall.
