with one week remaining in the NFL regular season, the top-20 picks of the 2013 NFL Draft are almost set (picks 21-32 depend on the outcome of the postseason).
Regardless of Week 17 results, the Kansas City Chiefs (2-13) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2-13) are both guaranteed a spot in the top-2. If the Chiefs lose to the Denver Broncos next Sunday, they'll own the rights to the No. 1 overall pick. If the Chiefs win, the Jaguars will pick first and the Chiefs second.
For the NFL Draft, the tiebreaker rules for teams with the same record starts with strength of schedule (SOS), the easier SOS earning the earlier selection. Division and Conference tiebreakers are next and if teams are still tied, a coin flip will determine the team that picks first.
