Where did you get this figure from?
I read the Steelers are projected to be around $12 million over the salary cap at year‘s end.
These are just rough estimates, but they will be about 20 to 30 million dollars over once you account for RFA tenders and incentives likely to be earned. It will be way more than 12 million over.
