I am a back up B*^&*! JK To much gloom and doom around here. There is always some down years. Look at the last few years drafts. To many high picks not working out or flat out busts. No new special players stepping up yet. Lets see how this team reacts next week. I have faith.

A lot of people thought he didn't deserve it, though, and I can certainly see the argument for Clay Matthews.

With that said, I am getting concerned, because he just doesn't seem to be the same player since he injured his hip late in the 2010 season.

Regardless...the original post said he has "been ABSENT 3 Years and Counting" ...i was shocked he got it that year but come on.

Whenever things go bad with a team all the irrational posters that live in their mom's basement make irrational statements like this to cope with the fact they have to go to work tomorrow or something.

Looking at the scheme, Troy was often very deep yesterday as the only deep safety. The Steelers have run this D before, including against NE last year. This seemed like it was likely a result of the injuries at corner.
