Where is the D Lebeau backers now ?

Not one blitz, just sit back and give Eli all day to sit in the pocket.

Are you out of your mind?

The problem is that the Steelers are being raped by the officials.

    The defense is fine.

We can't win with the refs I agree, but still don't let Eli sit back and let his wr get down the field.

Where ARE the DL supporters? I'm right here. You probably count that 7 point fumble recovery as a defensive failure. The refs are terrible today. Definitely leaning towards the Giants. Pierra (or whatever) and the NBC official BOTH said the td was a tuck AND that the Ryan Clark call was bunk. We SHOULD be up 10-3 but can't beat the refs, make note of the fact that GODdell is there.

that BS fumble call on Ben that was returned for a TD by the Giants was all LeBeau's fault.

seriously, how can you start this thread when our defense held NY to only 7 points in the first half?
Steel Maniac's Time-Based Prediction: Lamar Jackson will be a bust and total flop in the NFL.

What Actually Happened: Lamar Jackson became the youngest two-time NFL MVP winner ever.

Just get used to the fact that this teasm won't get a ton of sacks. As long as they get enough pressure to disrupt the QB (which they have done so far), don't give up the big play (which they have only done through penalty), and continue to stuff the run, they have a good chance of winning because they don't give up a lot of yards.

Add in the ball-control offense Haley is running and it will be fine.

Over the last few games, Lebeau is doing very well considering the talent missing through injury and attrition. Could my opinion change if they give up another late lead? Of course...but I approve of what has transpired over the last three games.

The same reason a thread was started last week when wr's was running open and dropping passes ,and the same thread I posted that he will not blitz Eli at all because that's how he coach against Elite Qb's
