Because the knee injury is just the LATEST injury. Prior to that, he had a bad back, neck, shoulder, elbow - he is falling apart, in case you didn't notice.
Back surgery, Knee surgery, Orbital Bone surgery. You think at 34 years of age and playing a violent game he is just going to magically stop getting injured? Please.
Too old, too injured, too much money tied up in him. He's going to get Joey Porter'd after this year the more we win without him.
And I guarantee we get more of "the sky if falling" when Harrison is not kept just like when Porter wasn't. We will hear all about "the emotional leader" of the defense and how the defense has no intimidation. Like I have said many times, eventually they all become a replaceable carbon unit.
