I love irony!!!

So, I'm minding my own business, teaching geometry (about 20 minutes ago) and my principal (the guy who fired me for not getting along with the students!) opened the door to my room and said "Someone is here to see you." Then he left.

Behind him walks in two guys with balloons, a stack of CDs, a letter, and a framed certificate. Behind them is a guy with a professional grade video camera.

I won the "Teacher of the Week" award from the local radio station.

I got a gift certificate to a local restaurant and the cds. A youtube will follow, I guess. Had I known that it was going on youtube, I would have grabbed my TT (I have two on the wall next to my Steelers flag!) and waved it.

MAN! That felt good!!

But, this week I got hired to work up in Fordfixer's neck of the woods. It is better paying and great benefits.
