Chad Reuter full 7 round mock on NFL.com; Here is who he gave the Steelers

    Pittsburgh Steelers

    1 (24) Dont'a Hightower, LB, Alabama

The age of Pittsburgh's defense might push them toward a versatile player like Hightower, who can play outside or inside. The Steelers aren't afraid to build depth at a position instead of filling what people perceive as their more immediate need.

2 (56) Amini Silatolu, OG, Midwestern State

The Steelers found it difficult to suit up five healthy linemen at times last season.

3 (86) Isaiah Pead, RB, Cincinnati

Adds speed to the team's rushing offense, which lacks a breakaway threat when Rashard Mendenhall is out of the game.

4 (119) Josh Chapman, DT, Alabama

Plug him in at nose tackle for the next few years after Casey Hampton retires.

5 (159) Keith Tandy, CB, West Virginia
6 (193) Lamar Holmes, OT, Southern Miss
    7 (231) Jeff Fuller, WR, Texas A&M
7 (240) Brandon Lindsey, OLB, Pittsburgh
7 (246) Eddie Pleasant, SS, Oregon
7 (248) Markus Kuhn, DT, North Carolina State

It's a little weak on the OL for my liking. Don't see any OL who can push Legursky or Foster to the bench this season. IMO that is critical for improvement. If not it means another 40+ sacks for Ben.

I really like the Jeff Fuller and Marcus Kuhn picks late.
1.25 DT Vernon Butler, La Tech, 6’4” 323
    2.58 CB Artie Burns, Miami, 5’11” 189
3.89 OLB, Alex McCalister, Florida, 6’6” 240-Jarvis Jones’ replacement
4.123 S Jayron Kearse, Clemson, 6’4 216-hybrid type we could use in 3-3-5 defense
6.220 OT Stephane Nembot, 6’7” 322-raw talent with ton of upside
    7.229 CB Brian Poole, Florida, 5’10” 210
7.246 WR/KR Ed Eagan, Northwestern State, 5’ 10” 185-need WR depth and returner

Silatalou will be a Week 1 starter.

I would not mind Steelers drafting him in Rd 1. I am not sure he will be available at 2.56

I'd be tickled pink with this draft. For some reason, I really don't want Hightower going to the Rats. I think it would haunt us.

I hope so. You are the expert and I know he has potential, but we need to get fixed at Guard immediately not one or two years down the road.

The NFLN crew had him going to the Bengals a couple picks in front of us.
