    He kept referring to bringing in draft prospects for a private workout. Teams are allowed to bring 30 draft prospects to their facility for a pre-draft visit, but they are not allowed to work those players out at team facilities. You can interview him, have him meet coaches, staff, possibly other players, do a physical exam with team doctors, etc., but no on-field work is allowed. Pre-draft workouts can only take place on college campuses.
