I hope the pastoral ministry works out for you and I'm sure it will if it's meant to be.

We could use more Steelers fans as pastors. I've asked every pastor/priest I've known to see if they could add a Terrible Towel Sunday to the church calendar. It could be the first Sunday of football season. I've suggested if the church implemented this, they could get an Easter like turnout. But the idea seems to have fallen on deaf ears

Thanks. I agree on the theology, and I'm committed to it.

I agree that it is going to be good. I had a meeting with a place in our area just today. He wants to continue the discussion very soon. Could be good.

I want to return to pastoral ministry. I was really good at it and it was probably the happiest time of my life. As you can imagine, I was an atypical pastor, and it was well received. I'm trying hard, and Mrs. Fan is in favor of it.

    To be continued.

Foco, did you get my PM?
Didn't get your PM, then again I barely know where to look with the new site.

That has to be the strangest way to list your phone number in the history of the world. Is the keypad on your keyboard missing a few digits?
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Makes sense...just struck me as funny. Reminded me of a Steven Wright bit where he talks about his phone not having the number 7 on it.
