Why the hell do we keep drafting black QB's?

Just thought I would help anyone out who was afraid to ask the obvious

Didn't draft Byron Leftwich, didn't draft Charlie Batch, didn't draft Jerrod Johnson.

I guess we did draft Dennis Dixon, Omar Jacobs, and Antwaan Randle El, though.

I know we pride ourselves on being progressive and all but it sure seems like we love to "pick up" black QB's.

And Flippy, Kordell had the unfortunate luck of starting his career in Pittsburgh. If he went somewhere else he would probably be in Charlie Batch's shoes

I really don't get why we only take black backups at QB. Makes no sense at all & seems way overboard to just be coincidence.

Anthony Wright, Rod Rutherford, etc. etc. Damn we have had a lot black backup QB's now that I think about it. Heck, we even had Pete Gonzalez here to represent the Latinos for a season or so.

Not sure about Antonio Smith, article doesnt specify. I'm guessing its the CB from Ohio St. jimmy Young is a 6'1" 210 lb WR out of TCU and Kade Weston is a DE out of Georgia.
