    2012 Salary Cap

The Steelers aill be 20 million over the salry cap in 2012, so who do we cut? We'll have our draft picks to sign. Who can we afford to cut? Kemo?

The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to be the team most above the cap, according to league sources. They might be $20 million above, which means they’ll have plenty of trimming to do.

    Re: 2012 Salary Cap

Chris Kemoeatu, Bryant McFadden, Aaron Smith, and Chris Hoke are almost certainly gone. Hines Ward, James Farrior, Charlie Batch, and Casey Hampton are other vets that they may consider to not be worth the amount of money that they are paying them at their advanced ages.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
