And Ed Reed trying to arm tackle Lynch or avoid contact with Lynch, I'm not sure which, but he gets hurt "making" the tackle.

Report: Ray Lewis will miss Sunday’s game, maybe more

Posted by Mike Florio on November 18, 2011

Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times reports that Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis will miss Sunday’s game against the Bengals with a toe injury that has caused him to miss practice on Wednesday and Thursday.

Per the report, Lewis was evaluated by a doctor in South Florida, who confirmed the team’s assessment of the damage. He could miss additional games.

The 36-year-old future Hall of Famer hasn’t missed a game since December 2007.

Steel Maniac's Time-Based Prediction: Lamar Jackson will be a bust and total flop in the NFL.

What Actually Happened: Lamar Jackson became the youngest two-time NFL MVP winner ever.

Say what you want about Ray Ray, but he has been a very durable player over his career, even considering his physical style of play.

It will be interesting to see how the Ravens handle the Bengals underrated rushing attack without their point man. I'm sure both teams have watched plenty of film from the Seattle game, so this will be a real test of willpower on the front lines.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Bengals didn't keep this one close and have every chance to take it in the end even though the Ravens are (rightly) favored.

    Oh, what a pity.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I'm sure they'll still find a way to pad his stats and give him a few tackles, even if he's out.....

The Rats have gotton some pretty decent breaks though. They got to play Houston after Mario Williams was put on IR. I'm sure Bert was thrilled about that good fortune. Can't remember is Arian Foster played against them or not due to his hammy. Leon Hall was just put in IR this week and AJ Green hasn't practiced all week. Two of their best offensive/defensive players possibly out.

Who I like, Cincinnati at Baltimore

This is a big game and you all know all the reasons why for the Steelers.

The Bengals are going to have a bit of an adjustment to make without top corner Leon Hall in the lineup. But Ray Lewis is also banged up for the Ravens, which could help negate that against a solid Cincinnati run game.

Know this, in his last four games against the Bengals, Joe Flacco has thrown two touchdown passes and nine - count 'em - nine interceptions.

Also, after giving Ray Rice just five carries last week - you've gotta love Cam Cameron - expect the Ravens to try to get him a lot more involved this week. That's all well and good, but the Bengals can actually stop the run pretty well.

Baltimore is also finally expected to get Lee Evans back.

If this game were in Cincinnati, I'd pick the Bengals. As it is, I still like them to cover the 7-point spread.

Rookie QB Andy Dalton is playing some good football.

Take Baltimore to win, but Cincinnati to cover in a 23-17 loss
