I agree. Ben made a lot of clutch plays yesterday, but he was definitely off. That throw was one of several. Not complaining though, without Ben we are not in the SB...AGAIN!!!!Originally Posted by SidSmythe

He was sooo wide open that Ben just pushed it funny. That stuff happens alot to NFL QBs not used to seeing a guy so open.
I think throwing touch passes w a glove on is tricky.Originally Posted by NW Steeler

At first I thought it was a good catch but on the reverse angle it looks like the ball bounced off the ground. I wish he would have thrown the ball like that in the second half when Sanders or Brown was wide open.
I lost a bet about Najee gaining 1300 yards.
"Our head coach has failed to win a playoff game for seven years in a row. His game day strategy, culture of divas, in game decisions, clock management, player evaluation, hires, and affinity with sub par starters at RB, P, and OL are holding the Steelers back. That standard remains the standard"
I just got home from Pittsburgh and rewatched the first half.
I dont see where the ball ever touched the ball.
Call on the field was a catch and it has to be indisputable evidence to overrule.
I didnt see it.
It looked similar to one of the Packer interceptions earlier in the day. DB hit the ground, ball moved around. They upheld it on review.
Similar situations, two different outcomes.
the ball hit the ground and heath had his hand under it the whole time, but the ball readjusted after he rolled over and that lead me to believe that was the reason it wasn't a catch. i assume they thought he didn't have control after the roll over.
As soon as that jerk Nantz started rooting for it to be overturned, as he of course saw it differently than Simms, I knew we were screwed.Originally Posted by Djfan
