It can be done, but the problem is that we pick so late in Round 2 and probably will this year that it is likely you are drafting a potential RT and not a LT. I'm not sure, but I think two-thirds of your list are RTs correct??

Guys who may fit that RT profile coming out this year and who will be available in Round 2 are:

    Jason Pinkston Pittsburgh 6-4 305
    Marcus Gilbert Florida 6-5 320
    Lee Ziemba Auburn 6-8 319
    Clint Boling Georgia 6-5 315
Orlando Franklin Miami (FL) 6-7 312
    James Brewer Indiana 6-8 335
    Chris Hairston Clemson 6-7 325
    Joseph Barksdale L.S.U. 6-6 318

Ziemba has already been projected as a Guard because he will measure very short arms for an OT.

Do any Pitt fans have any insights on Pinkston? The Steelers should have more info on him than anyone else.

Barksdale will be a great pass blocker, but he is really an average run blocker at best. He fits more of a LT mold. He'd be a good RT on a pass first team like Indy or Philly, but most teams are going to see him as a LT. I think he'll be a first rounder after everyone watches him workout.
Even if Bill Belichick was getting an atomic wedgie, his face would look exactly the same.

Keep tabs on Jah Reid, OT, Central Florida. He was a four year starter and is coming off a very good senior year. Probably a RT or could get slid inside to OG. Physical dimensions are 6'7" 325lbs with decent to good mobility. Probably will end up projecting as Round 3 or later pick.
