    From far away, I always thought that Ben was a likeable guy. It's not like he was a thug or sullen like James Harrison [shudder]. He didn't seem to have that nose-in-the-air persona that Rivers or Cutler still have.

    I just remember him being very charitible and cool- heck, the bike enhanced my perception of him. Anyway, I know a lot of rockers that do far worse than anything Ben has done and the public loves them.

    I know that he has to be concerned about his image now, but I hope he retains a little bit of that schoolyard kid that just wants to play.

    The ONLY person you hear now on the Steelers say that Ben is a bad teammate is Hines Ward.

    Take from that what you will considering the Ward Paranoia.
