How was the return game? How was our contain on punt and kickoff returns?

The game states have:

Kick Returns

Brown: 3 for 67 yards
Moore 1 for 17 yards

Punts Returns:

ARE: 1 for 8 yards

Why is ARE still returning punts???????

Why are people still mystified by this?

One of the beat writers (story was posted here) stated that the Steelers were going with a sure handed vet until Ben returns. They're not taking chances on a young guy muffing or fumbling or whatever.
