A sex tape filmed before he was in college? He won't get suspended and he shouldn't get suspended. He wasn't a employee of the NFL at the time of the "filming" therefore he isn't subjected to the NFL's personal conduct policy.

Sure he is. Jamal Lewis was suspended two games by Tags in 2004 for a 2000 drug deal he organized before he ever signed a contract to play for the Ravens.

Goodell will NEVER suspend a black player who has never been charged with a crime like he did to Ben.

exactly why would he be suspended? that wouldnt make any sense. is having sex and taping it break any laws? maybe in some states but that doesnt seem like a crime to me. after all there is nothing wrong with porn.

Goodell said when he suspended Ben he was held to a higher standard.

So hold Spikes to the same standard.
