I think the source (Steelers.com roster) may be unreliable - it has Frank Summers listed, and word on another post is that he was released.Originally Posted by Lebsteel

Still 64 players on that roster. Urbik is also still present and accounted for, but not Arnaz...that is interesting

Not sure what that means, if anything, but it is interesting....
I like Battle but the move makes sense. We have two youngsters who will command PT early. Battle is as good as Battle will ever be. He is a very good #4 WR. But, he won't be more than that for us.
Was Battle just insurance in case the two WR's we were targeting was not there. If so it was a smart move not sure how much money he received to sign though.
