Well, the annual Planet Steelers FF League draft has been run and won...but by who?

Chadman couldn't make the online draft, so entrusted Yahoo with his pre-selected players & came up with (after some FA additions & subtractions) this motley crew of future FF league winners..

Given that it's a 14 team competition, the strength of each squad is always going to be somewhat watered down. Chadman is a little concerned that he doesn't have the RB strength required, but in a split-carry NFL, it might be servicable enough. Very happy to have Drew Brees on board, and very happy with the Defensive players selected- possibly the wildcard for the comp as there is much greater strength in the available DEF players than OFF players.

Chadman, thanks for that link. That thing is pretty cool.

It liked my team other than my TE and K. And it thinks my rbs have potential to be awesome, but as they stand right now, might be what holds me back. I love my team:

No worries Shiek- Chadman came across that site about 2 years ago & uses it regularly to check the strength of his squad vs 'experts' opinion- it really helps with the final cutdown on those 'fringe' players.

Just realised Chadman's FF regular Brian Westbrook was on the FA list- added him- never let Chadman down before, even if he is just the back-up at this point, he adds the reciever stats to his running stats.

Well Shiek...you jacked 3 players I wanted just two spots before I was ready to take them. That means in my book you had a pretty good draft.

Crabtree, Donald Brown, and especially Aaron Rodgers.

As for my team...I'm pretty happy. No glaring weaknesses as far as I can tell. I'm always a sucker for boom or bust picks, usually they work out pretty well for me.

I was super stoked to get all those defensive players without over drafting any of them. Most were even a couple rounds underdrafted, thanks to yahoo having awful IDP rankings and managers not at the live draft getting hosed!

Chadman, awesome site thanks for posting. The analysis and detail in the breakdowns is incredible considering they do it all just by clicking the players you have drafted. That must be one badass computer program that have running to get that all figured out with bye weeks and relative matchups and what not.

Agreed D- can't remember how Chadman got onto it, but it's an invaluable tool for those players that get lumped with 3 Kickers & only 1 RB & must scour the FA's to become competitive!!
