Hey, I thought JHar showed a lot of promise as a LS. Think of it this way. At least you wouldn't have to worry about blocked punts. Uhh the punter could stand 30 - 40 - even 50 yards back. Who else but James could get him the ball. LMAO

I was not aware of few players.

Who is Isaiah Williams/Thorton/Jolly?? Never heard of them.

Dwyer is a backup to Vincent...WTH....

I will be rooting for Doug Worthington to make the team.
Yeah, a lot of the names are not familiar. This chart will change a lot in the next couple weeks. And, in just a month, at least 37 of these players will be gone. Wow! Talk about an important few weeks for a lot of players coming up. Can't wait to see them. Look for sleepers---stuff like that.

I dont advise laughing at James Harrison. Apparently, you have never read 'The Legend of James Harrison' thread?

I will be rooting for Worthington as well. I think the guy can be a solid contributor.
He has looked good in camp so far.

unfortunately, Worthington was just injured and will most likely end up on the practice squad...

There haven't been any reports that he was hurt. I read somewhere that he hurt his knee one day but they later said that it was Mclendon.

    Bad time to get hurt

Offensive tackle Tony Hills, who was already facing some long odds to make this team, saw his chances take a big hit Monday when he suffered a aprained ankle.

Hills, a fourth-round pick in 2008, has shown flashes of finally getting it, but not a lot of consistency.

And with some of the free agent signings/other young guys on this roster, he needed to be on the field every day to improve and make a positive impression.

But with Doug Legursky, Ramon Foster and Dorian Brooks pushing for roster spots, Hills may find himself on the outside looking in.

In fact, it may actually come down to Hills or Brooks, the promising rookie guard/center out of James Madison.

Brooks has great feet and excellent athleticism. He looks like a keeper.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the ball, seventh round pick Doug Worthington, who has looked good, suffered a sprained MCL Monday.

That could be a blessing in disguise for the Steelers, who will probably try to hide him on the practice squad this season.

The fewer preseason snaps Worthington takes, the less likely he is to get noticed by another team - ala. Sunny Harris last year.

Interesting if true. James Harrison just wants to get on the field any way he can and hit someone.
