    Cakmakli is where I was stationed at while in Turkey 86-88. It is about 15 miles outside of Istanbul.

    Um, duhhh, I live in North Carolina and I'm a life long (46 next month!) Steeler fan!

    Actually, I thought it was pretty lame name until everyone started calling
    me "NC" and it kinda stuck. Now, I like it.

    Oh, and another of the female contingent on here.

    J is my first initial of my first name. D is the first initial of my last name.

    I then combined the JD and added Steeler to the end of it.....

    I have also personalized my license plate with my board name.

    JDSteeler was actually a PittsburghLive/SteelersLive rookie back in 2005.

    I kinda miss the SteelersLive MB....I had just eclipsed my 1,000th post,
    and they decided to take it down.

    Now you know everthing about me....

    rpm are my initials

    pit is for Pittsburgh

    should probably have used rpmpitt

    some posters early on said my name resembled the word armpit

    used to bother me

    now i'm cool with it
